Cabbage in Sour Cream

one Tno salt added butter
1/2 head  cabbage, shredded
oneegg, beaten
one Tsugar
1 1/2 Tlemon juice or vinegar
1/2 Clight sour cream
to tastefreshly ground black pepper

Melt butter in pan. Add the cabbage and cook - covered - until tender, but not browned! Watch it carefully

Mix the egg, sour cream, sugar, lemon, and pepper together in medium bowl

Pour mixture over cabbage and heat, stirring until almost simmering. Do not boil. Serve at once
