| 6 | carrots, cut in 2 inch pieces |
| 1/4 lb | fresh green beans, cut in thirds |
| 4 | red potatos, quartered, each quarter cut in thirds |
| 1/2 lb | mushrooms |
| 1/2 C | plain yogurt |
| to taste | habanero peppers or hot sauce |
Place carrots in single layer in steamer basket and steam 10 minutes.
Add beans and potatos to steamer and steam 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms and steam until carrots are tender, about 5 minutes more.
Spoon into serving dishes. Spoon half the yogurt (1/4 C) over each serving and sprinkle with habeneros or hot sauce. 2 servings
