| one medium | kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced |
| 1/2 C | canned pineapple chunks packed in juice, drained |
| one small | mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely choped |
| one T | fresh lime juice |
| one T | honey |
In 4 parfait (or wine) glasses, layer strawberries, kiwi fruit, and pineapple.
In electric blender, combine mango, lime juice, and honey. Purée.
Spoon equal amount of mango mixture on top of each glass of fruit.
