In large pan over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Brown meat.
Transfer meat to crockpot.
Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
In large pan over medium-high heat, brown meat in oil.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 90 minutes.
Uncover, increase heat to medium and cook l5 minutes more to thicken slightly.
