Chunky Beef Chili

a low-carb dish - 43.4 g carbs total
10 servings at 4.3 g carbs per serving

2 lbschuck steak, cut in one inch cubes
oneonion, chopped
6 stalkscelery, sliced
one 15 oz can  No Salt Added tomatoes, chopped, with juice
one Cbeef broth
5 TNo Salt Added tomato paste
2 Thomemade chili powder
one tground cumin
one tdried leaf oregano, crushed
onered Bell pepper, chopped

To Cook In Crockpot

In large pan over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Brown meat.

Transfer meat to crockpot.

Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

To Cook On Stovetop

In large pan over medium-high heat, brown meat in oil.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 90 minutes.

Uncover, increase heat to medium and cook l5 minutes more to thicken slightly.
