Easy Whiting

a low-carb dish - 4.85 g carbs total
4 servings at 1.2 g carbs per serving

4Whiting (fish) fillets
one stick  No Salt Added butter
1/4 Cchopped red onion
2 Tfreshly squeezed lemon juice
to tastefreshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to Broil. While oven heats, melt butter with onion included in a skillet on stove

When butter is completely melted, add seasonings. Mix well

Add fish filets. Coat both sides of filets with butter mixture

Transfer fish to broiler-safe pan. Broil until golden brown on side facing up, then turn and broil until remaining side is golden brown
