Breakfast Sausage

1 1/2 lbsground pork
one tliquid smoke flavoring
one tground sage
one tThe Spice Hunter "All Purpose Blend" no-salt seasoning
1/4 Cminced onion
2 cloves  garlic, minced
1/4 Ccider vinegar
1/4 CZatarain's New Orleans Fish Fry "salt free all natural breading mix"

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight.

Shape into patties and fry 'em up!

Notes : You can add one whole egg or one egg white to make this more moist and stick together. You may need to adjust the Zatarin's seafood coating mix to bind the sausage together. This is great to make on Saturday night for a Sunday breakfast treat. Whatever you don't use for breakfast you can add to ground beef for a tasty meatloaf
