Breakfast Shake

oneripe banana
3/4 C  pineapple juice
1/2 Clowfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 Cstrawberries, rinsed

Peel and slice banana.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, then serve.

one banana 1
3/4 C   pineapple juice 2
1/2 C low fat vanilla yogurt     70
1/2 C fresh strawberries 1
Recipe total = 74 mg
