Lemon Granita

1/2 Cfructose
one C  water
1/3 Cfreshly squeezed lemon juice

Combine fructose and water in medium saucepan. Boil 5 minutes

Remove from heat and allow to cool

Add lemon juice and stir well

Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until mushy, then serve

Sodium content in milligrams
1/3 C   freshly squeezed lemon juice     5
Recipe total = 5 mg
