Homemade Ice Cream

low-carb dish - 84.0 g carbs total
12 one-cup servings at 7 g carbs per serving

1-3/4 Cgranular Splenda sweetener
one quart  Half-and-Half
one quartheavy cream
3 Tvanilla extract
5egg yolks

In large mixing bowl, combine Half-n-half, cream, Splenda and eggs.

In large pan, bring to a boil. Let cool.

Mix in vanilla extract.

Run through ice cream freezer per instructions.
