Tomato Salsa

one 14 1/2 oz can  no salt added tomatos, chopped
1/2 C (packed)fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
2 Tred wine vinegar
1/4 Conion, minced
1 - 2jalapeno chili peppers, seeded & minced
One tolive oil

Mix all ingredients together

This salsa will perk up cooked chicken, pork, or fish. It is best when eaten the same day, but will keep 2 days refrigerated in a covered container
