|one||cucumber, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped|

|2||cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half|
|to taste||freshly ground black pepper|
|1/4 C||chopped onion|
|1/4 C||Miracle Whip Lite or other salad dressing|
Combine all ingredients in electric blender and purée.
Chill 2 hours before serving. Great on fish, green salads & more
