| Use whole heads of garlic for roasting. | With stout, sharp chef's knife, cut off top of garlic head all at one go. |

| Pour olive oil to cover bottom of glass baking dish. | Place garlic cut side down in oil in baking dish. Individual cloves work too! |

| Pour some water in so nothing dries out during cooking. | Bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes. Let cool! When cool, grab the uncut end of garlic heads and squeeze - the roasted cloves will squirt right out, ready to use. |
