Stand and relax. With legs straight or nearly straight, let your arms hang in front of you and try to touch your toes. Near the end of the movement, you may need to reach down instead of just letting your arms hang.

A variation is shown in the lower photos that increases the stretch in your back and rear thighs. Here, you grasp the side and rear of your ankles, and pull yourself down toward the floor and in toward your shins.
