Push Downs for your triceps

push downs
This works the triceps - the back of your upper arms, which are pushing muscles. Over time, these will stop your arms will from geting so tired so fast.

Your elbow is the "pivot point" for this, so keep it as still (in one place) as possible throughout the movement.

With elbows close to your body, push the weight down until your arms are as straight as possible. This is almost a straight downward press, but there is a slight arc to it. You do not have to lock your elbows.
