Neck Strap for weight training

This is a homemade neck strap. It is made of industrial quality leather from a millworker's leather apron, as in lumber mill worker.   The steel washers on both sides of the wide strap have a small enough inside diameter that the narrow strap must be forced through them, then a knot is tied.   I strongly recommend that you buy your neck strap but this shows that one can be made, if you are confident that your handiwork is reliable.
