Knee Roll

Lie on floor with arms outstretched. Have one hand facing palm up and the other hand facing palm down. Raise your knees as shown in top photo.
 
Slowly let your hips roll to one side as shown in lower photo so your knees move straight to the side and down. Return to start position, then repeat to other side.
 
Don't let hips and pelvis come very far off the floor if at all. If you have a lower back injury, don't do this one.
