Hyperextensions for your lower back
This strengthens your lower back. It will improve your ability to walk distances, stand for periods of time, bend over and and straighten back up. Over time you will be able to carry things further before tiring.
Lie face down on the floor with your hands at your sides and your legs together. Raise your upper body, then lower until flat again.
Once you get to 15 reps, try raising your legs at the same time as shown below.
