| Stand and relax. Spread legs apart further than shoulder width. Bend forward, placing hands on outside of your lower legs. Use your hands to gently pull your upper body as close to between your legs as you can. Raise up straight, then repeat the motion but this time with your hands grasping the inside/rear of your lower legs. This stretches the entire hamstring. |
