|Crunches for your stomach|
|This one works the upper and center stomach muscles so it improves your ability to have sex. It also get easier to bend and straighten back up, to get up and down out of chairs, and to get up off the bed.
Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and together. Place your hands flat on the floor in a relaxed, somewhat extended position. This is not some kind of sit-up!
Note: You can also do this with your knees up (bent) if it is more comfortable.
|Slowly move your chin toward your knees. This will compress or "crunch" your stomach muscles together like an accordion being played.
If this strains your neck, you can either strengthen your neck with neck curls before doing any more crunches, or you can try putting a pillow under your head.
Stay at one set of crunches. Work on doing more reps with strict form. There is no such thing as too many reps for crunches.
