| Stand and relax. Spread legs apart further than shoulder width. |

| Bend forward and to one side, placing hands on outside of lower leg on that side. Use your hands to gently pull your upper body as close to that ankle as you can. Raise up straight, then repeat the motion to the other side. This stretches the lower hamstring behind the knee extremely well. |
