| Stand just to the non-door side of an interior doorway. Place one foot as shown in photo at top left, with toes up against wall. Grasp doorjamb and pull yourself forward, not letting heel slide backward. This will really stretch the back of your lower leg. |

| Relax. Place top of foot on floor as shown above. Move same leg gently forward and down to stretch out top of foot and lower shin area. Repeat for other leg. |
