| This is the best exercise for your shoulders. It will improve your ability to push with your arms, rotate your arms, and raise and lower your arms. Begin with your palms facing you. As you press (push vertically) the dumbbells, rotate your wrists/arms so that when you finish the press, your palms face away from you. Don't get carried away with this one. It works your shoulders and traps harder than you might think at first. |
