core strength
Sit on floor as shown above, legs straight out in front of you.
core strength
Raise feet off floor and bring both knees towards chest.
core strength
Bring knees as close to your upper body as possible. You can spread your knees a bit to get closer if you wish.

Slowly return to starting position - but - between repetitions, do not let feet touch the floor.
