I have CAD and cardiomyopathy. I found out about this after getting a heart cath on November 11, 2003. Prior to this, I worked out at the spa 4 days per week, did not smoke or drink, kept my body weight where it needed to be, and was careful about my diet. I work full-time as a professional counselor. I am so thankful for this wonderful site and for Jon's time and effort in running it. I place my future in God's hands and will use this site to make informed decisions to manage my future challenges.
